Our state of the art air conditioned facility includes the following equipment:

Cardio  - Over 40 pieces including treadmills, Upright bikes , Cross trainers, Rowers and Recumbent bikes.

Strength - Plate  and Pin loaded machines, Dumbbell and Barbell racks, Benches, Power  &  Squat racks and Smith machines.

 

Functional training equipment - Kettle Bells, Wall Balls and more.
